Jim decided to demonstrate how to do an eagle feather.  He's made quite a few so he didn't need a pattern, but he drew one in case someone else wanted to use it.  The guy in the Tandy shirt with his head cut off is "Will", Michael's right hand man in the Cincinnati Tandy store.
